REFUND POLICY

Shipping & Returns:

SweetCerise offers shipping for all your orders to be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

Returns/Exchanges:

For exchanges, simply process the return of the item(s) you would like to exchange using the link above, and then purchase your desired item(s) from the SweetCerise site.

SweetCerise has a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
• Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged;
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
• Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.

Shipping for the Return or Exchange:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this time period elapses
and after checking in with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is in process, please contact us at support@SweetCerise.com.
